Prepare for the Construction Contractors Board (CCB) exam with hands-on practice and instruction. This course is offered by the Small Business Development Center at Clackamas Community College. It fulfills the 16-hours of training required by the CCB, and includes the official CCB exam. After passing the class, you will receive an official Exam Certificate, which you can use to apply for your CCB license. Currently, the CCB is taking about four weeks on average to process applications, so don't delay the test!
Our class has a unique approach to the CCB exam
We divided the NASCLA manual chapters into 4 separate "Lessons". After each Lesson, a short exam is given that covers only those chapters. That way, you have less to remember on each exam. Once all four lessons are complete, you have passed the course, and passed the exam!
This course covers:
- Oregon Construction Law, Employees, Subcontractors
- Oregon Code, Safety, Environmental Issues, Building Envelope
- Bids and Estimates, Contracts, Project Management, Lien Law
- Business Structure, Business Finance, Business Taxes

- Estructura Empresarial, Finanzas Empresariales, Impuestos Empresariales
