Life and Career Options Program
If you are experiencing the challenges of a major life transition, like divorce or loss of employment, the Life and Career Options Program (LCOP) at CCC can provide you both support and guidance to help you move forward.
The confidence-boosting coursework and activities will help you as you explore career options and educational opportunities.
LCOP is a low-cost program designed to provide the options, tools and support needed for adult students as they plan to make better lives for themselves and their families by overcoming barriers to self-sufficiency.
Email counseling@clackamas.edu or call 503-594-3176 for more information.
Topics include:
- Successfully navigating transitions
- Evaluating interests and skills
- Building self-esteem and confidence
- Developing networking abilities
- Career and life planning
- Interview techniques
- Resume development
LCOP classes are offered fall, winter and spring terms at CCC's Oregon City campus. Instructor or advisor consent is required. Classes are held Tuesday and Thursday mornings.
