For International Students
Clackamas Community College welcomes students from around the world.
Clackamas Community College is approved by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to accept qualified students from other countries. If you are an international student pursuing a college level course of study with CCC, you will be given an English placement test upon arrival. There is no TOEFL required for admission. If you are in need of a higher level of English proficiency to succeed in college credit courses, we will work with you by arranging placement in the Program for Intensive English.
International Student Application: Important Dates
To determine course placement, CCC will accept TOEFL scores (500 paper-based test, 173 computer-based test, 61 internet-based test), official transcripts from US colleges or universities demonstrating proficiency in English (ask Alice), or you can take the Program for Intensive English (PIE) placement tests upon arrival to CCC.
